**Position Overview:**

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Hospitality Internship Program. As an intern, you will undergo extensive training and mentorship, gaining practical experience in your chosen area of specialization. **Job Responsibilities:**

• - Chef:


•   - Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards


•   - Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices in the kitchen


•   - Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menus for various dining experiences

  

- Hotel Specialist:

•   - Assist with front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries


•   - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally


•   - Support hotel management in ensuring smooth daily operations

  

- Restaurant Specialist:

•   - Greet and seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations


•   - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area


•   - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

  

- Event Specialist:

•   - Assist in planning and coordinating events, including meetings, weddings, and conferences


•   - Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences


•   - Ensure all logistical aspects of events are executed smoothly and efficiently

**Internship Details:**

• - Duration: 3 years


• - Stipend Amount (Per Month):


•   - 1st Year: 900-1000 Euros (Approximately 75,500-83,800 INR)


•   - 2nd Year: 1000-1100 Euros (Approximately 83,800-92,200 INR)


•   - 3rd Year: 1100-1200 Euros (Approximately 92,200-1,00,900 INR)


• - Guaranteed job placement upon successful completion of the internship program


• - Starting Salary: 2100-2300 Euros (Approximately 1,76,400-1,93,300 INR)


• - Eligibility to work anywhere in Germany/Europe
