Job Description: Factory Worker (Warehouse) in Croatia

Position: Factory Worker

Location: Croatia (Warehouse Facility)

Gross Salary: €950.00 per month

Additional Benefits:

Working Hours:

• 2 shifts (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.)


• Maximum 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

1. 
   

   Machine Operation and Equipment Handling:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Operate assigned machines and equipment.
   
   
   • Tasks include filling sugar, honey, and rice into containers or packaging.
   
   
   • Ensure proper setup and maintenance of machinery.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Goods Handling:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Stack goods on pallets according to specified guidelines.
   
   
   • Unload and load goods manually or using machinery (e.g., truck and container).
   
   
   
   


3. 
   

   Goods Declaration:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Accurately declare goods for inventory and tracking purposes.
   
   
   
   


4. 
   

   Daily Production Documentation:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Maintain records related to daily production activities.
   
   
   • Document quantities produced, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
   
   
   
   


5. 
   

   Inventory and Counting:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Participate in regular inventories.
   
   
   • Count and verify stock levels.
   
   
   
   


6. 
   

   Machine Cleaning and Maintenance:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Follow established procedures for cleaning machines.
   
   
   • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment.
   
   
   • Report any malfunctions promptly.
   
   
   
   


7. 
   

   Work Area and Equipment Cleaning:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Keep the work area clean and organized.
   
   
   • Clean equipment, tools, and surfaces as needed.
   
   
   
   


8. 
   

   Ad Hoc Tasks:

   
   
   
   
   
   • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
   
   
   
   

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.


• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle manual labor and work on your feet.


• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling goods and documenting production.


• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and follow instructions.
