Job Description: Traditional Carpenter & Construction Worker
**Position:** Traditional Carpenter & Construction Worker
**Location:** Germany
**Contract Duration:** 2 years (extendable to 3 and 5 years based on performance)
**Salary:** ₹26.88 lakh/year (₹1,190 per hour)
**Working Hours:** 8 hours
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Traditional Carpenter & Construction Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks, including traditional carpentry, basic steel fixing, breaking down concrete, striking of formwork, general site tidying, and pouring concrete. This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Traditional Carpentry:** Construct, install, and repair wooden structures and furniture using traditional carpentry techniques.
- **Basic Steel Fixing:** Install and secure steel bars and mesh used in reinforced concrete construction.
- **Breaking Down Concrete:** Use appropriate tools and techniques to break down concrete structures as required.
- **Striking of Formwork:** Safely remove formwork after the concrete has set, ensuring no damage to the structure.
- **Pouring Concrete:** Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
- **General Site Tidying:** Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all debris and waste materials are properly disposed of.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
- **Skills:** Proficiency in traditional carpentry, steel fixing, and other construction-related tasks.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Formal training in carpentry or construction is an advantage.
- **Language:** Basic proficiency in English is required; IELTS certification may be necessary.
- **Physical Requirements:** Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in various environmental conditions.
Salary – Upto 35 lakhs yearly
About the Opportunity– This is a 3-year paid vocational training program in Germany. It is followed by an assured long-term permanent job.

Age- 18-28 Years
Qualifications-

1st Year – € 940/month
2nd Year – € 1230/month
3rd Year – € 1495/month
Starting salary- €2900- €3200 monthly (Excluding allowances)

Additional Income €400 monthly
**Additional Requirements:**
- The candidate must cover the cost of any medical tests required for the visa process, including TB tests.
- The candidate is responsible for the costs associated with IELTS training and exams if required.
- Any technical training undertaken by the candidate will also be at their own expense.
**Contract Details:**
- The initial contract is for 2 years, with the possibility of extension to 3 or 5 years based on performance and mutual agreement.
- Performance reviews will be conducted regularly to assess the possibility of a contract extension.
**Company Benefits:**
- The company will cover the costs for a work permit, insurance, visa, and personal protective clothing and equipment.
- Return air travel costs will also be provided by the company.
